Shipping policy

We generally ship orders out same to next business day. We do not guarantee our shipping time. If your payment is not processed we reserve the right to hold your order until the payment is fully processed.

Rates

Shipping is based on weight and distance. Depending on the carrier you choose the price and time will vary. All orders over 1lb via USPS will go priority shipping.

Shipping Time

USPS Priority domestic shipping states 2-3 days but USPS does not guarantee their ship time.  Faux Bows has no control over your package time or delays once your package is shipped. If you have any problems with your shipment first call your local post office, as they can help you best. We see the same tracking as you the customer. If you have any problems with your shipment, please let us know. We will try to assist you in any way we can.
