How fast do you ship out my order?
We generally ship orders out same to next business day. We do not guarantee our shipping time but we strive to ship orders out ASAP. If your payment is not processed we reserve the right to hold your order until the payment is fully processed.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is based on weight and distance. Depending on the carrier you choose the price and time will vary. All orders over 1lb via USPS will go priority shipping.
What is your ship time?
USPS Priority domestic shipping states 2-3 days but USPS does not guarantee their ship time. Faux Bows has no control over your package time or delays once your package is shipped. If you have any problems with your shipment first call your local post office, as they can help you best. We see the same tracking as you the customer. If you have any problems with your shipment, please let us know. We will try to assist you in any way we can.
We do ship world wide. Ship time varies due to country and customs. Faux Bows cannot control the shipping time once the package is shipped out. Please let us know if you have any difficulty with your shipment and we will assist you as best as possible. Always contact your shipping carrier first, as they may be able to better assist you.

Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
